Go Fish serves the most amazing fresh Fish & Chips amongst other things in a rustic setting right by the water's edge.
Don’t expect to eat inside. You will be sitting outside on a patio right by the fishing boats on the dockside so the fish could not be much fresher. Be prepared to wait though as the average time is around 20 minutes. But if it is a beautiful day and you are in no hurry, then it is well worth the wait. Alternatively take it home and enjoy it there.
The menu is pretty straightforward and consists of cod and chips, salmon and chips and halibut and chips. They also have a daily selection of fresh wild Pacific seafood char-grilled as well as other daily features depending on what is at the market that day. Most of the produce comes locally from the Granville Island Public Market.
You may read mixed reviews, but just take it for what it is and enjoy the experience, at least once and expect to pay somewhere in the region of $15 to $30.
Go Fish are closed on Mondays, otherwise thhey are open from noon to 6pm or when the fish runs out!
