Restaurant in Bangkok
Thai Restaurant
The restaurant along with the cookery school is housed in a 100 year old mansion.
You would have expected it to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city but it is in fact set back from a very busy main road.
We commenced with a drink in the bar upstairs and although the restaurant is fairly large, there are several rooms so the diners are quite spread out and you are not all on top of each other. The service is excellent and the food very tasty and beautifully cooked.
They offer à la carte and set menus. The à la carte menu consists of a choice of Thai cuisine from the PAST, PRESENT, TOMORROW as well as vegetarian dishes.
We found the meal to be reasonably priced by London standards, but bear in mind that the wine in Thailand is very expensive, which can make it a fairly expensive evening. That said, it was well with the money and I would certainly go back.
Open 7 days a week for lunch from 11:30am to 2:30pm. Dinner from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.

Warm and inviting.
Alcohol is expensive here as everywhere in Thailand. Worth noting they accept all the major credit cards.
