Home to some of the finest golf courses in the world and an abundance of historical culture, Fife is situated on the east coast of Scotland, between the Firth of Tay and the Firth of Forth.
A magnitude of pristine beaches flatter the coastline, which is dotted with charming fishing villages. Known as The Kingdom of Fife due to it being a Pictish kingdom many centuries ago, this wistful county’s dramatic scenery will leave you breathless.
The northeast coast is home to St Andrews and the University of St Andrews, one of the oldest universities in the world. The town is also known as being the home of golf.
Transportation There are three major international airports that you can fly into which include Edinburgh Airport (EDI), Glasgow Airport (GLA), Aberdeen Dyce Airport (ABZ) and one domestic airport, Dundee Airport (DND).
