Stuck in the Airport with a Delayed Flight?
Most of us have had to endure it and those that have not, will no doubt
have to at some point of their lives. Yes I’m talking about the dreaded
terminal time caused by a flight delay or even worse, cancellation!
According to flightstats.com July 2011 saw 123,075
flight delays and 3,442 cancellations in Europe alone! Looking at global statistics
the delays were a staggering 523,307 and 26,870 in cancellations.
Are hotel card keys history?

Starwood is going all digital and is giving business travellers the ability to check in and enter their rooms using their mobile phone. This will replace the good old key card. A barcode will be downloaded on to the guest’s phone, which in turn will give them access to their room. Let’s hope it works smoothly and you don’t get anyone wondering into your room at an awkward moment!

UK Government to possibly introduce regional airport tax
Passengers flying out of UK’s London airports are to possibly face higher taxes in new government proposals to deter people from using Britain’s busiest Terminals. The government is talking about an overhaul of air taxes to help regional airports flourish more and relieve overcrowding in the South East of England.
