One of life’s best little pleasures is to ponder the question, ‘what if?’ There’s just something magical about that impossibly endless question. We procrastinate for hours on YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest, so why not procrastinate a little more with our thoughts? What if Marilyn Monroe had Instagram? What if I could spend 24 hours in Amsterdam?

It was fun trying to get to Kensington High Street yesterday afternoon for a meeting.  I discovered that the District and Circle lines are closed until 27th August for upgrade work!  Apparently August is a quiet time.  You could have fooled me with the amount of tourists I saw looking totally confused faced with the closure.  The only alternative was to take a bus, and given that it was 30 degrees yesterday and London buses are not air conditioned, I arrived at my meeting late and hot!
