I got the opportunity last Friday evening to sample the new ‘Winter Warmer’ cocktail list at The Rotunda Lounge in the London Marriott hotel which is situated in the old County Hall building on the South Bank.

The quite wonderful 2512 (Christmas Day), is the most advanced cocktail on the list!  This is Molecular Mixology at its best.
